the main characteristic of air is the multiple compositions that we can attain with simple variations of depth and height. it is possible to choose backs of 81 or 88cm in height. the three different designs of the arms and the rest of the complements offer further possibilities: upholstered tables, poufs and extra cushions. the arm options are: wide, narrow and high; and they can be combined within the same composition. the high arm option is perfect for forming a corner module.

the alpino sofa, designed by rafa garcía takes part of a large collection composed by armchairs and sofas which was presented for the first time at the salone del mobile 2019 in milan. the designer took inspiration from nature and in particular by mountains. the soft peaks of the base and back cushions overlap, just like a mountain range. the backrest nestles your head in a comfortable position; ideal for binge-watching, reading or dozing off after a walk in the countryside.

city is a dynamic project that allows us to personalise each composition from only one design for the structure, but with different backs, seats and legs. these variations create two collections: soft and casual. any of these models can have stainless steel or wooden legs. the wooden legs are 3.5cm high and bring the seating down to 38cm from the floor. the stainless steel legs are 9.5cm high and make the seat 44cm from the floor.

click is an armchair available in various configurations.‎‎ the wide range of textiles and leather available, together with the possibility of adding electrical sockets, makes this model very interesting for a wide range of projects.‎‎

copla is a modular sofa designed to provide warmth and real comfort to public spaces of all kinds. thanks to the casual look of its cushions, it stands out from the typical stiffness of traditional contract furniture. its soft look ensures it is not left out of other more domestic atmospheres. two different arms, 3 armchairs, 12 sofas, 9 different modules and 1 corner allow combining this sofa to tailor for each project – a bit like writing a song.

core‘s volumes show matter in its pure state. Its formal design, which brings to mind classically-inspired furniture and shapes, presents its most contemporary facet through the materials used. its generous and comfortable seat is embraced by a delicate quilted back. the balance of the core resides in the harmonious union of its parts, which naturally fit together like elements chiselled by a sculptor, as if they have been built from a single block of material.

db is the spanish acronym for “diamante en bruto” (rough diamond). its diagonal and faceted angles, even applied to the legs, remind us of the precious stone. on the other hand, its stern lines lend themselves to the product’s “rough” surname. now it’s your turn to decide if you want to polish it.

the box-like exterior with its strict angles and straight lines gives way to a bulbous interior. the seat structure is bevelled to such a degree that it seems to disappear while still providing support and strength. the cushion boxing is a nod to classical rationalism with a separation that enables the padded structure to be seen. deep is one of the firm’s most adaptable products. a varied array of modular elements means that it can fit into a wide range of interiors.

rounded volume at floor level gives duo a chill-out effect. the lines have been shaped to get an accentuated design. the challenge was to propose a modular system with welcoming seats, without the use of cushions. that mission was fulfilled when firstly we integrated, and then sculpted, the seat and back cushions into the structure. the wide seat of duo allows us to add decorative cushions and incorporate extra back cushions. the variety of modules and terminals make it an all-purpose item.

eleva is sancal’s best-seller and, as such, has created a trend in the upholstery industry. the key to that success lies both in its pure, sober design and in its high quality extra-comfortable seat. as indicated by its spanish name, this model is also characterised by the possibility of incorporating a mechanism which allows the back cushion to lift by up to 9cm.

the float is available in three sizes: two sofas with a low back and one sofa with a high back, so the product will fit a range of applications. the latter can be configured to include straight arms or a reclining version to lie back on like a divan, as well as the option of fitting coat hooks. karim has even designed a special fabric called cairo to use on the headrests and scatter cushions.

thanks to the softness of the cushions, the proportions of the back and its height, we managed to create a sofa that hugs you and lets you lay your head on the backrest, without the need for a mechanism. in order to unite comfort with durability, the seat cushions combine various densities of foam with a layer of fiberdream (down-like microfibre). the back cushions are ultra-soft. the entire collection consists of sofas and modules with and without wings.
